Courier Service

• We use NZ COURIERS that offer a number of different courier services throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer.

• Please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

• Our courier service do NOT deliver to a PO BOX address, please supply a physical address.

• Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up.

• Most parcels will take up to 2-3 working days to get to you, unless you are placed within the Auckland Central region where we can reach a 1-2 day service. We don't pick or pack orders in the weekends, so if you order on Saturday or Sunday, it wont be actioned until the Monday.

• All items which are stocked will be processed by us and sent within 48 hours of you placing your order. Any orders which are placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed within 48 hours of the first working day.

• Our Shipping Rates:

  • Auckland: $25.00

  • North Island: $35.00

  • South Island: $45.00

  • Rural Delivery, to be added the freight cost above where required: $8.00

International:

Please , contact us with the name of the piece you are interested in, and the destination address, and we will email you with a quote for door to door shipment. 

The process is simple - 

• you select the item and email us

• once decided, we send you a PayPal invoice

• we send you the tracking details, and we follow the process online to update you.
